It would appear that President Obama wants to stay in the White House for eight years. He sent his main man, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs out today to let us know that he WOULDN’T BE raising taxes on middle class folks after all.
He probably didn’t get any sleep this weekend with all the problems Geithner and Summers caused him. No wonder the president looked so tired today his head must be throbbing.

My Monday morning just started and already I’m wishing I had just stayed in bed because these Monday morning blues are stressing me to hell out!
From the moment I turned on my television set, headlines and anchors across the cable news networks have been asking the question, “Will Obama raise taxes on the middle class?”.
OMG!! that can’t be right? I need more coffee! Taxing the middle class, with the economy as horrible as it is, would be Obama’s Waterloo. It was the first George Bush’s and Obama is smarter than him right? So he wouldn’t make that mistake…right?
I don’t know what Larry Summers and Tim Geithner were thinking when they appeared on the Sunday morning chat shows talking about the ways and means that could be used to pay for health care and to reduce our deficit.
Do Democrats want Obama to be a one-term president? Or more importantly does President Obama want to be president again? Or is he satisfied with the fact that he was able to beat all the odds and become America’s first black president? I don’t know anymore because if you analyze Obama’s actions and words lately you might think he wants the GOP to kick him out the White House in 2012! He just keeps giving them more and more ammunition. God, even John McCain thinks it’s safe to come out of hiding.
One way or another Democrats and liberals find a way to f#$% things up!

Pittsburgh Steelers and MVP James Harrison will not be going to the White House on Thursday to meet President Obama because he believes that Obama wouldn’t have invited them if they hadn’t one the Super Bowl!!!!
This isn’t the first time he’s told the President to shove his invitation and honestly I would suggest that meeting the last President wasn’t that high on the list of many people either but come on dude, if there was a year of the black man last year was it and you happen to be in the top three and you’re going to miss out on it because, ” This is how I feel, if you want to see the Pittsburgh Steelers, invite us when we don’t win the Super Bowl. As far as I’m concerned, he would’ve invited Arizona if they had won.”
Dude are you fuh real?
You are giving up the opportunity to meet the most powerful man in the world, who just happens to be the first black president of the United States because you wouldn’t have been there if you hadn’t one a major American sporting event?
Harrison has definitely suffered too many blows to his head!

I can’t believe it..
Barack Obama’s first day as President of the United States.
Can you believe this is happening?
All these fantastic changes..can you believe yesterday? All those people and not a single arrest according to reports NOT ONE!!!
Obama and his staff are hitting the ground running they aren’t playing no more secrecy, no more lobbyists and a pay freeze for his white house staff passivity be gone!
Doesn’t Obama’s first official day at the White House kinda remind you of your first day of school?
Well, it reminds me of my first day in Kindergarten ok he’s not going to be playing with crayons or learning the words to the wheels on the bus at least I don’t think so but you never know. Anyway, according to my parents the first day of school I jumped out of their arms and ran to the first bunch of kids I saw I didn’t even wave goodbye or look back at them and when they came to pick me up I asked ”Can I come again tomorrow?”
At least Obama doesn’t have to ask to come back tomorrow, I hope he and his staff have an awesome first day maybe one day I’ll know what it feels like to have a first day at the White House..maybe..

In recent weeks Obama has been shifting his positions on issues and has been moving slowly toward the center.
He has begun to take a more moderate stance on specific issues including gun control, foreign policy, and the death penalty and he’s even touting his religious creds by saying that he wants to expand the faith based initiative program started by George Bush!
Boy, the gall of this man he actually believes he can and wants to win this thing!
And apparently a lot of his supporters on the left are hopping mad at him for wanting to do just that.
Ok, they aren’t really mad at him for that, but a lot of his supporters on the left are probably a bit confused by his actions and words so far.
However, as one of those left leaning supporters I’m not a bit surprised or even mad.
Why?
‘Cause I want him to win and I want a democratic controlled Congress and Senate come November too!
And I know that this country is not going to elect a democratic candidate for president that is seen as way too liberal in the same vein it wouldn’t elect a Republican that is seen as far too conservative.
Obama knows this he’s seen what has happened to candidates that are perceived as way too liberal.i.e John Kerry and *Al Gore (you know why that asterisk is there, no need for an explanation..lol) and he’s being proactive by taking centrist stances on issues that are important to a lot of people in this country but where the shades of grey are so numerous that taking a far left or far right stance could be seen as ludicrous and taking such stances leaves you wide open for attack.
Obama is doing what he has do in order to win.
And I’m not mad at him.
And less we forget he’s a politician and he has an agenda. That agenda meshes a lot with what most of us on the left want to see occur in this country but remember he’s not the second coming of Christ, nor is he the next Martin Luther King so when he starts to tactfully shift some of his positions to the center we shouldn’t get mad or upset that is of course if we want to win the White House in November.

If they want to win back the White House come November.
Apparently Obama during a meeting with the Black Congressional Caucus made this statement in reference to the ‘healing’ that still needs to be done by many Clinton supporters,
I need to make a decision in the next few months as to how I manage that since I’m running against John McCain, which takes a lot of time. If women take a moment to realize that on every issue important to women, John McCain is not in their corner, that would help them get over it.
Apparently, Rep Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, an ardent Clinton supporter took offense to the last three words, ‘get over it’ and she told Obama as much.
However, though I’m sure Obama meant no offense I must say that I do believe that those Clinton supporters who are still harbouring ill feelings towards Obama should ‘get over it’. Clinton lost, he won but WE all want to win come November and we can’t do that if they don’t and wouldn’t get over the primary results.
We can’t win in November with a divided party and in this election unlike many others in the past, every single vote and I mean EVERY single vote will matter. This election the choice couldn’t be more simple.
Do you want another eight years of disaster or eight years of prosperity?
Believe me, I can understand how many of her supporters feel in some of my earlier posts I was leaning towards not supporting Clinton or the Democrats if SHE won but I finally came to the conclusion that I want what’s best for America and regardless of the outcome between the two, Obama and Clinton, voting for John McCain was not an option!
And I hope that Clinton’s supporters realize that before it’s too late.
Besides, like my mom always said to me when I lost a race (I did athletics in high school..), ” There’s always next time…”

What’s this? Do all the Clintons have plans of occupying the White House?
First the dad got it, now the mom wants it and soon the daughter might go after it..man, I’m serious, the Clintons seem to think that the White House is their permanent home address..lol
Anyway, apparently Chelsea’s dad, Bill Clinton, thinks that his little girl might have political aspirations after being a surrogate for her mother this primary season.
All I have to say is if Chelsea Clinton plans to run for any office in this country, she’s gotta toughen up quite a bit and acquire some thicker skin. Cause the questions are going to be a whole lot tougher than the ones (or lack thereof) she got from a college students.
In addition, she wouldn’t or shouldn’t have the protection of her parents anymore and disparaging comments on the scale like the ones made by MSNBC’s David Shuster are going to come fast and furious and the journalists that state their observations aren’t going to be suspended or disciplined for reporting their conclusions instead they will be encouraged.

Romney, can’t wait to run against the Clintons..he thinks the idea of Bill Clinton back in the White House with nothing to do is something he can’t imagine..he says that Hillary Clinton is Washington to the core and that sending the same people to Washington is not the way to change…
Romney wouldn’t tell how much of his own money he’s spending in Florida and he says he wouldn’t disclose that until January 31st…shady, shady, shady..says he’s the biggest contributor to his campaign…he’s not concerned about people saying that he’s buying Florida..nope, because he got people…lol..No, Tim he’s not going to answer your question..nah..he’s not going to..nah..nah..nah.. nah..lol..
